Royal Holloway, University of London is a public research university and a constituent college of the federal University of London. Two social revolutionaries, Elizabeth Jesser Reid and Thomas Holloway, founded two colleges that merged in 1985 and formed today’s Royal Holloway University. These were among the first institutions in Britain to allow women to enroll in higher education.
